Abstract Submission Guidelines
The Abstracts to be submitted in word/pdf format & must adhere to the given instructions.
The format of the Abstract should be structured as follows:
Study Title
Name of the Author/s and affiliations
Aim and Objective of the Study
Results
Conclusion
Abstracts must not exceed 300 words.

All Abstracts will be peer reviewed by a Scientific Committee of the Conference.
Abstract Type (Oral Paper or E-Poster) must be selected while submitting the abstract form
Abstract will be selected for Oral or Poster Paper presentation (As mentioned by the presenter in the form) after review by the members of the Scientific Committee. The decision of the Scientific Committee would be final.
The Presenting Author will receive an intimation regarding the acceptance or rejection of the Abstract for Oral and Poster Paper Presentation via Email by 15th November 2026.
Only the presenting author will be given the Certificate of presentation.
Further information on the Oral and Poster sessions, date, time and the format, etc., will be communicated to the respective delegates.
The last date for submission of Abstracts for all Oral and Poster Paper Sessions of all categories is 31st October, 2026.
Conference registration is mandatory for presenting Oral Paper/E-Poster at MAHARAD 2026.
